New 2026 Honda Brio Engine, Price, Redesign – An upgraded version of the Brio, which debuted in India’s market in September 2011. This model has had some minor cosmetic and internal tweaks to make it more in line with the Indonesian model’s recent upgrade. Both ways have seen these advancements. An updated grille with a black accent and a large chrome strip adorns the front fascia of the 2026 Brio.

The car now looks much better as a whole, thanks to this modification. Exterior and Interior

The pleasantness is there, to my surprise. As soon as you get in, the car’s improved interior will greet you. These insides are consistent with the updated BR-V and Amaze interiors. The revamped instrument cluster, larger dials, enhanced two-din entertainment system, and high-end air conditioner are the first things that catch your eye. These are the primary points of interest.

The interiors of the lower economical Brio models are beige, while the top-tier model’s inside is all black with silver accents. Since they have not been altered in any manner, the seats maintain their level of comfort. Despite their modest width, the front chairs offer adequate lateral and thigh support. When not in motion, the automobile is nearly silent, and even when running, the noise level is manageable. From the road and the tires, some noise makes its way into the cabin. The ride quality is uneven on highways due to the softer suspension configuration. The reason behind this is that the suspension setup is quite lenient. You notice when driving that the front end can easily soak up bumps and potholes, but that you have to slow down on harsher ones so the second row passengers don’t get jolted. This is something you start to notice as you move about the car. Engine and Performance

Despite being an entry-level model, Honda has left out the EarthDreams diesel engine from its lineup for this hatchback. This version maintains the same 1.2-liter gasoline engine as the last, which generates 87 horsepower and 109 Newton-meters of torque. This four-cylinder i-VTEC engine is available with either a five-speed manual transmission or Honda’s torque converter automatic transmission, the latter of which is an optional extra. Another option is an automatic gearbox with a torque converter. We opted to give the former a spin, and the moment we hit the road, we could feel the incredible power-to-weight ratio at work. There are several versions available, such as the Swift and the Grand i10, however this one is better. Pulling the vehicle away from a stopped position is considerably easier with the nimble motor.

However, even if the Brio’s response isn’t particularly remarkable at low rpms, it is still manageable. Most importantly, it can start moving in second gear even when crawling at low speeds, which is a completely new development. Plus, you won’t have to deal with rush-hour traffic and complain about a lack of torque until it happens to you. Going through the gears is a breeze with its silky smooth transmission. The gearing is easy to operate and provides a nice feel due to the short and light throws. The clutch is also rather easy to wear as it is small and lightweight.  New 2026 Honda Brio Engine
